Sitting outside the Inn enjoying a nice pleasant evening, a Wood Elf fishes a slender cigarillo out of his mail. Sliding it under his nose, he appreciates the unique scent of his fanatically prized herbal cigars. Almost shuddering with the need to draw the familiar smoke into his body and further his lifelong transformation, he teases a drop of fluid from a vial onto the tip, which immediately flares up. He puffs happily, enjoying the solitude of the apparently vacant Inn behind him and the magnanimous hills stretching away into gorgeous woodlands in front of him.

Suddenly noticing that the light of his cigarillo's combustion hasn't waned- indeed it seems to have grown brighter- he spins to the side to see a glowing planar gate! Leaping to his feet he sees a shadowy shape already beginning to materialize and a thousand thoughts spin through his head at once; should he draw and charge at the Demon that is no doubt trying to emerge!? Before he can decide, the shadowy shape pops out of the portal- followed by another and then several more shapes with a number more apparently behind them. Having expected a pack of Demons or worse, Hebriolad is literally paralyzed with shock as the planar travelers begin to emerge en masse' and waddle down the hill towards him.

The multitude of Dwarves chuckle at his Hebriolad's gape-mouthed expression as his prized cigarillo tumbles unheeded to the ground.

The female dwarf walks up with a chuckle to the elven man.

"We are Dwarven invaders from the plane of Dwarves. Hide your ale."
