A very visible noticed is placed up on the notice board in the center of Shadowdale.

Quote :
LET IT BE KNOWN

Your deputy mayor languishes in the prison of the Zhentarim at the pleasure of the council and elders of Shadowdale.

An offer for her release has been made. The council has merely to allow the leaving of the remaining Banites hidden in our midst, and she will be released to us in exchange. The council even made a show of agreeing with this proposal. However, since then, they have refused to follow through and arrange for their part of the proposal.

THEY WILL NOT EVEN REMOVE BANITES FROM THEIR TOWN TO SAVE A WOMAN WHO PROTECTS THEIR VILLAGE.

This is what your elders and council think of those who would try to take an active part in this city around them. This is the value they place on those who would stand up for the safety of Shadowdale. We aren't even worth the time of placing up a few banners of notice.

Remember this, those of you who would ever think to risk yourselves for Shadowdale. We might risk ourselves for this city, but they won't even act in their own self interest to help us.

*A man with soaked golden locks of hair stands in the rain and reads the note. He reaches up to run his fingers through his hair but stops in horror patting the soggy flat hair*

What a mess, this whole town.

*fists clenched, he tromps down the road towards the eastern exit, and steps in a puddle. He looks to his foot as if it was caught in a bear trap*

Damn, and my new boots, too! Curse this pock-mark of a town!

*he leaves grumbling the whole way*

//the players of the SD government are rping out this however some of them are very busy irl and don't have time to log in daily to work this out. While icly you are free to form what ever opinions you wish the reality is sometimes things move slowly for legitimate ooc reasons. I ask that you not blame or target players for things beyond their control. Kendra is the leader of a faction and other memebers of the faction should have a chance to RP things.

A redhaired Calishite reads the notice, as she takes her daily look at the board, and groans in frustration.

"They still haven't done anything!? If you need something done around here, you have to do it yourself!"

She walks out of the town with fast steps.
