Hey I am looking for a nice solid strong Druid build since Druid has always been my favorite class but again, I'm NOT GOOD at creating my own - at all... Learned that back in NWN1. I don't really care what type of druid he is but i am a LITTLE wary with the whole level adjustment idea but in the end I really don't mind as long as he is somewhat tough to beat. Thank you all for helping me out.

Svirfneblin make the best druids - Pure or with a few levels of Nature's Warrior - but halflings are a strong follow-up, since they get +1 AC regardless of shapeshift.

In a generic sense... Human Druid 25 / Nature's Warrior 5 is the most basic build for a shapeshifter, taking Ember Guard for its overpowered goodness at level 18, but it's powerful and works well.

Well I don't really like the Svirfneblin so maybe I will go with a halfling. Will you please tell me how to build him? I don't really understand probably more than half of the feats and I don't know how to make a solid build in general.

Or is this something I should find out on my own?

Wouldn't an Aasimar make a better druid than halfling though? Since they have +2 WIS?

No. They suffer spell loss due to that +2 wisdom and shifting. It's an unfixable bug in the engine.

Generally, halflings/humans are pretty awesome druids, but basically?

Level 1 -- Spellcasting Prodigy.
Level 3 -- Extend Spell.
Level 6 -- Natural Spell.
Blahblahblah.
Level 18 -- Elemental Shape: Ember Guard.

Good feats to consider are things such as Combat Expertise (and Improved Combat Expertise), along with whatever else might increase your shapeshifted prowess. Wisdom is your most important stat as a druid, so that should probably be maximized.

Either way, just come up with your own build over time. Druids are powerful even without powerbuilding, but... you definitely need to take Natural Spell as soon as possible.

As far as I know, there is still some bug on the server that kept me from playing a shifter druid.

Each autosave, which is every ten minutes, rids you of a couple of buffs. Unless they changed that... you maybe do better with an unshifted druid.

exalted wildshape + oaken resiliance + ember guard = why do you even need buffs?

shifter bug avoided.(granted the shortfall is that you need to be lvl9 at least to benefit from this build... getting exalted wildshape -> getting tree shape at lvl12 -> getting ember guard at lvl18).
